Advantages: smooth texture, applies well,
Disadvantages: does not last long and not good for dry skin
This foundation is different to others as it comes in a little pot, dip your finger into the mousse and apply, with fingers or applicator.
The mousse is really like a proper chocolate mousse. Very soft and kind of bubbly. It almost looks good enough to eat, but is it good enough as a foundation?
It comes in a range of shades, from lightest to darkest - Ivory, nude, cameo, sand, fawn, sun beige, caramel and cocoa.
I bought one lighter shade which complimented my skin tone and then i bought a darker shade which works great as a bronzer.
Applying the mousse - the foundation went on very smoothly even with my fingers and it spread easily too. It was not too thick nor too thin, which was good.
Lasting effects - This foundation did not seem to last all day. After work when I looked in the mirror I found that it had worn off.
Skin types - this foundation would probably suit normal to oily skin types. The foundation being matte showed up dry skin. Therefore I cannot wear it when my skin is quite dry, however i still use the darker shade on my cheeks as a bronzer.
Cost - not too bad £6.00 ish for a pot and it does last a long time because you dont need to apply much at all.
Overall - Its a brilliant product for those who have normal to oily skin. However not good at all for those with dry skin. So i give this product a middle-ish rating of 3 stars
Summary: mousse on your face
