Dream matte mousse, does it really do what it says on the tin? (Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Foundation)

Advantages: absolutely fantastic foundation product, suitable for all skin colours

Disadvantages: finger application which can get messy, especially if you have nails :s

There are so many different foundation products out there, all claiming that they can provide us with an even, lasting and natural coverage. dream matte mousse makes these promises also, but does it live up to them?

Price:dream matte mousse is around £7 a pot, which isn't cheap, however i found that it lasted a lot longer than you would expect for a pot this size.

Colour: I don't wear foundation as an everyday make up item, its a special occasion piece in my make up bag, so when I do wear it, I don't want everybody to notice the difference in colour of my skin! this product is available in a range of colours, and they have a range of paler colours too, which is great for all us fair haired gals! i found that the palest colour suited me perfectly, without giving me a tangoed look like many other cheaper brands!

Texture: This product really does feel like a mousse, and it is very light on the skin, reducing that 'caked on' feel! it's almost as though your not wearing it!fantastic!

Dis-advantages? the finger application of this product can be messy, especially if you have longer nails, as it gathers underneath them! unfortunately the product doesn't work as well using a sponge!

Overall I believe that dream matte mousse foundation is great value for money, and does the job perfectly! Smooth, even and natural looking coverage guaranteed!

Summary: A fantastic product with few disadvantages!
