Poreless? Not really.. (Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid)

Advantages: A range of different shades for different people Disadvantages: The price When I saw the advert on TV for this foundation, I thought it looked extremely good and perfection in a bottle. Of course though, nothing is what it seems. On the advert they show the foundation pouring over the golf ball and covering all the dents in it. This, however, is not how i found the foundation to work. Although it does cover up a few blemishes, my skin still looks a bit uneven in places where the foundation hasn't covered marks up. On a more positive note, it does cover minor spots and marks which do end up looking smooth, even and perfect. Also, they have a range of shades so everyone could find their perfect colour within this type of make up. Admititly, I don't use that much Maybelline make up because of the prices and this is no different. At about £8 per bottle in some shops, I wouldn't recommend buying it for that price. Overall, if you only have minor blemishes and marks then I definatly recommend this foundation for you, if not, don't beleive them when they say it'll give you a "totally new kind of finish" with giving a "poreless looking perfection, air-brush finish". Summary: Neither here nor there |
