Advantages: It gives a light even coverage

Disadvantages: Doesnt give an airbrushed finished like advertised

Maybelline's new dream satin liquid foundation was on offer in boots at £6 which made me buy it- also after seeing the advert which promised an airbrushed, flawless finish. I found it easy to use as you just push down the top of the bottle and out squirts the foundation and a very reliable foundation where I found a little goes along way.

The foundation itself comes in a variety of colours to suit different skin types. It comes in a glass bottle with a push top down top. On the front is a label with the Maybelline logo and basic information about what the product is and what colour the foundation is. On the back of the bottle is information on what the product does and a persuasive paragraph on why you should buy the foundation.

When I got round to using this foundation i applied it using a foundation sponge (Also from boots) I got a small amount on to my sponge and applied it to my face. When I had finished it defiantly gave you a flawless, even finish. However I wouldn't say you looked airbrushed or satin.

Overall this is a good foundation to use and was pretty impressed by the end results.. At a price of £6 you cant go wrong and I defiantly recommend it.
