Maybelline Dream Satin Liquid Foundation is the latest creation from this makeup brand but unfortuantely not for me.

Normally i use No7 products as i feel they offer excellent quality and value for money. However i noticed the new Maybelline foundation on offer and decided to try my luck with it as normally foundations don't appeal to my skin needs.

This foundation comes in 8 shades so has a colour for everyone. I have quite fair skin and opted to buy the lightest shade available as it find most colours appear lighter in the bottle and i dont want to end up looking like an oompa loompa!

The foundation itself is described as being an air whipped mousse and it did live up to this expectation. The foundation when applied with my fingers went on evenly however although i had moisturised before applying, it did nothing to conceal my dry skin on my forehead. As a result of this i have not bought the product again and reverted back to No7!

Would i recommend this product?

Although it didnt suit my skin, if you have normal skin then this would go on well.
