I heard this mascara is a classic and also a real bargain (important when you're a student!) So I decided to try it out. It costs around 4.99 from most chemists, but there are often offers etc on, so it's worth looking around. The packaing is awesome - a bright pink tube with a green top, which looks very funky and modern. The wand is average size, and it comes in a choice of brown,black or blackest black. (I chose blackest black) This really is a fantastic mascara. It made my eyelashes longer, darker and more curved in just one coat. I have been using this mascara for years and years now. I think I first tried it because many years ago I read in a magazine that it was a favourite of beauty editors and make up artists. I have tried many different types of mascara since but I always go back to this little gem. This is apparently the No. 1 mascara in the USA. It promises perfectly defined lashes with a clean, separate finish, and that the lash building brush makes lashes fuller and longer with no clumps. The Maybelline slogan 'Maybe she's born with it. Maybe it's Maybelline', expresses the belief that the natural beauty in all women should be enhanced, not masked. I couldn't agree more! I'm not the kind of girl who really piles on make up as I believe that you don't need to wear masses of the stuff.
