Maybelline Great Lash Mascara

I heard this mascara is a classic and also a real bargain (important when you're a student!) So I decided to try it out. It costs around 4.99 from most chemists, but there are often offers etc on, so it's worth looking around. The packaing is awesome - a bright pink tube with a green top, which looks very funky and modern. The wand is average size, and it comes in a choice of brown,black or blackest black. I have been using this mascara for years and years now. I think I first tried it because many years ago I read in a magazine that it was a favourite of beauty editors and make up artists. I have tried many different types of mascara since but I always go back to this little gem. This is apparently the No. 1 mascara in the USA. The Maybelline slogan 'Maybe she's born with it. Maybe it's Maybelline', expresses the belief that the natural beauty in all women should be enhanced, not masked. I couldn't agree more! I'm not the kind of girl who really piles on make up as I believe that you don't need to wear masses of the stuff. Minimal amounts in just the right places does a lot more to accentuate your best features than wearing it an inch thick. During my search for my "dream mascara" I was recommended "Maybelline Great Lash" mascara. Many people and magizines reported it as being an amazing mascara with great definition at a fraction of the normal over inflated cosmetics prices. I can never seem to find a decent mascara. I seem to have tried so many now, from some of the cheap collection 2000 versions to some more expensive Bourjois products. I like quite natural make-up but one thing I go OTT on is my mascara, I love the look of long dark eye-lashes, and many of the mascaras that I have bought in the past have promised me great things!
