When it comes to foundation, I'm afraid I'm usually a bit of a product snob - just because just about everything I've tried that costs less usually seems cheap and nasty. Not that my skin is easy to please, it reacts quite badly to a lot of things and has a bad habit of turning any foundations it can into a nasty orange colour. So I really did not expect to like this. I only ended up trying it because I'd gone away for the weekend and - disaster! Somehow I'd forgotten foundation. I was in a tiny village with one shop - and this was almost all they had. This highly effective foundation must be one of the greatest beauty bargains around at the moment. It is both oil free and very long wearing; and is just brilliant value for anyone looking for high performance at a low-end price. You do have to be careful how thickly you apply it; too much it it will start to 'break up' by the end of the day, especially on very oily skin. Apart from that. however, it's reasonably easy to use and gives a very expensive looking finish. I have found some foundations that are hard to blend and a few that just sit on your face and look so unnatural but this isn't one of them, It blends so easily and feels so light and looks very natural too, I also have a problem that many foundations change to a weird shade of orange on my skin but not this one the colour it is in the bottle is the colour you get. Because it is oil free it also is great for wearing if your skin is a bit oily anyway as it doesn't agrevate the problem and them ... Read the complete review

I must admit, that at 21 I was a bit of a late starter with foundation. Having never been told how to use it before by anyone, it had always remained quite a mystery to me and I had never really felt the need to use it until recently. However, I decided that it was about time that I gave it a go. I had no idea where to start, how to find the right colour etc. but certainly, having seen lots of people around with horrible orange tidemarks, and cracking cake faces, was sure of how I did not want to look. I had it at the back of my mind that I might embark upon the challenge at some point but was a bit frightened of asking makeup counter salespeople for advice. ... Read the complete review
