Advantages: cheap but good quality

When it comes to foundation, I'm afraid I'm usually a bit of a product snob - just because just about everything I've tried that costs less usually seems cheap and nasty.
Not that my skin is easy to please, it reacts quite badly to a lot of things and has a bad habit of turning any foundations it can into a nasty orange colour.
So I really did not expect to like this. I only ended up trying it because I'd gone away for the weekend and - disaster! Somehow I'd forgotten foundation. I was in a tiny village with one shop - and this was almost all they had.
I was pleasantly surprised to start with that there was a good range of colours, including, a shade that looked light enough for me.
Another surprise came when I put this on. It was very pleasant and easy to work with and an excellent consistency.
The effect is medium to full coverage (precisely what I prefer) and, best of all, once this is on it stays on and manages to stand up pretty well to my skin's best efforts to look shiney and make it clog.
I wouldn't say it's now my favourite, but it has a regular place in my foundation collection, and I've repurchased this quite a few times.
I'd say it was suitable for anyone with normal to oily skins, and find that it works with all my powders too.
