Maybelline Great Wear Waterproof Eyeliner

I've always hated eye liners as they are impossible to apply and impossible to remove, but I just love the way they look when applied properly. So my quest for the perfect product started. Now I'm not saying the quest is finished, this is no wonder product but I'm a lot closer to the mystery eyes I want. I was looking through Boots (I seem to start every review with this line!), searching for a reasonably-priced long-lasting eyeliner, and I spotted this eyeliner. It seemed PERFECT from the writing on the pencil. It promised to be waterproof, and I tested it on the back of my hand and rubbed vigorously. It didn't budge! I chose Cinnabar which is a dark brown, and handed over my £3.99, which is more than what I'd usually pay for an eyeliner - I usually use 17 Perfect Definition eyeliner which is £2.50, but nonetheless, it looked a lot more promising!
