Advantages: Natural looking and light

Disadvantages: Can be messy!

I've tried a number of foundations of various types but haven't found anything that suits my skin until now. I have combination skin (dry in places but occasionally oily across the T zone) and am prone to breakouts. Wearing thick or heavy makeup generally causes me to have blemishes so liquid foudations haven't worked for me in the past. I had pretty much given up on foundation but now that I am appearing in some plays I need some sort of base for photoshoots. A friend put some of this product on me before a photoshoot and I was amazed at the results. It gave a really even coverage ad even though she had not put much on me it really covered my blemishes well. It even stood up to the camera flash and my skin looks very clear in the pictures. I was really impressed with how natural the powder looked - it really matched my skin tone well and did not look artificial. In fact it didn't even look like I was wearing foundation. It felt really nice as well, much lighter than a liquid foundation and not chalky as some powders can be. I liked it so much that I bought the product for myself. It is really easy to apply but I would warn you to be careful when you open the lid after shaking it to release some of the product as it can go everywhere if you're not careful! I thought the price was really reasonable in relation to comparable products and the pot is a handy size to carry around.
