Breathable yet good coverage (Maybelline Pure Liquid Mineral Foundation)

Advantages: Colour!

I was given this by my housemate as she didn't like it as she prefers a thinner foundation with less coverage and a more dewy effect whereas I prefer a matte thicker coverage

The best aspect of this foundation is the colour. I find it hard to match my skin colour up with foundations as it is warm pink based skin yet I am quite pale. It was nice to be given something that wasnt too yellow or too orange. Particuarly as this wasnt bought for me originally!

The product comes out in a mini hand pump and is particularly wet when it comes out It is in a small glass bottle With purple lid and labels.

The idea of 'minerals' make up, I fear is a bit of a fad and I don't particuarly care how natural and minerally my make up is, it's all chemicals!

The product claims to be breathable yet flawless.
I'd say this is a fair claim, I do not have problem skin luckily so do not need something to hide blemishes or acne but it does the trick and is thick enough for me. I found that there was a light glow on my face and this si something I am not used to, as I previously wore Dream Matte Mousse which is very drying, but as my skin is not dry already or too greasy so it slips off, I felt I could wear it but it does make your skin dull

I did rather like this product, it reminded me of Body Shops liquid foundation.
