Advantages: Non bulky packaging- Easy to remove
Disadvantages: Clumpy and doesn't achieve particularly long lashes!
This is one of those mascara products with duo brushes and requires two steps.
The packaging is compact for a duo type product. The white end screws off for the first step which is the lengthening formula. This brush is quite flexible and longer bristles. The other end of the mascara is the second step (black end) this is the thickening side of the product and builds volume. This wand is thicker and has lots of bristles to coat all of the lashes.
Price is average which is fair as this is an average product. £7.99 in Boots and Superdrug. Better value I suppose if you get it on a special offer but still I'm not convinced
Application is use the lengthening formula first. What I don't like is that this formula is white so your eyelashes are coated in a white substance. You can see some added length to your natural eyelashes but not a great deal. The next step is to put the black thickening volume formula on. The white formula is quite difficult to cover and I think you are left with a grey tint to your eye lashes or white flashes in your eyelashes. I was really conscious of making sure all of the white formula on my lashes was covered hence which made me apply too much of the second coat and my eyelashes looked clumpy and heavy.
Taking the product off is reasonably easy and it doesn't need excess pressure with make up remover or wipes. I did find though when I removed the product my eyelashes felt like there was a greasy coating left on them.
Personally I wasn't too impressed. This gives a clumpy look and I didn't think my lashes looked long and had extra volume. Generally when it comes to better mascaras because I have long lashes already my eyelashes look REALLY long when it's applied. With this one I actually didn't think that was the case and my eyelashes just looked average!
Not one I would recommend.
Summary: Average price for and average product. I wouldn't recommend for length or volume!
