Advantages: did moisturise skin to an extent.

Disadvantages: no visible difference, hard to apply, watery

Browsing the shelves in superdrug, I was searching for a foundation that would actually cover my face and make my skin tone more even, and I saw this, and thought why not gve it a chance? I am skint at the moment, so can't fork out loads of cash on a foundation.

I decided to give it a whirl in thinking it may prove itself wrong. Meh.

It doesn't hold up to its claims.

*Light reflecting pearls help complexion to look luminous and natural in a flash* - I'm sorry, but this does not to this at all. It barely covers the skin in a light colour. I have to apply a lot of it to make any difference to my skin, which is very disappointing and horrible to do in summer. And 'in a flash' is a bit of an overstatement. It takes a long time to apply for it to make any difference.

*Cocktail of vitamins A, C & E helps to smooth and moisturise sking all day long* - The one thing I may say it actually does. Skin stays moisturised after application, but I think it may be more due to the watery quality of the foundation.

*Blend of minerals helps to maximise energising effect* - I don't even know what this means. How is your face meant to look energetic? Even so, this foundation doesnt make skin look healthier or less tired. I think its a big fat lie.

The other thing I notice about this product is how much of it is a big fib.

The front of the tube says 'normal to dry skin' then on the back it states 'all skin types'. what???!!! If your gonna sell a product you actually believe in, get your facts right before putting it oh so confidently onto your shelves!

Overall, a big disappointment, I will not be buying again. Next time, until I find a cheap foundation thats ticks at least some boxes, this one is best applicated down a drain.

Summary: don't bother. Save your money and buy proper make-up.
