Being a devotee of this brand I expected to be wowed by this - unfortunately I found it rather ordinary. it's certainly better quality than your 99p sticks, but it certainly should be at this price. It has a vaguely perfumey quality, which I don't like on my mouth, and doesn't seem emollient enough to deal with very sore or cracked lips. It's rather like Decleor's eye and lip balm in nature and consistency, although not quite as good. After using it for a while I did feel it had been at least somewhat effective, but I wasn;t impressed enough to buy it again
