Cheap & cheerful cheeks!
Member Name: kissandmakeup
Advantages: Cheap, range of shades, decent packaging
Disadvantages: For £1 I really can't complain!
I have only recently noticed the MUA (Make Up Academy) range in Superdrug, I'm not sure if the range is available in other shops but either way it is worth a trip to Superdrug for a look because with a great range of products & colours for rock bottom prices you've got nothing to lose!
This blusher costs just £1 which compared with other similar products from other brands is an unbelievable bargain! It comes in a plastic tub with a transparent flip up lid which clips closed well and more importantly stays closed in your make up bag. It is available in a range of 6 matte shades, which again is better than the choice of shades offered by some other types / brands of blushers, they range from pale pinks, to corals, to much deeper tones for darker skin tones.
It goes on pretty well, as with all normal powder blushes just swirl your make up brush over it and sweep over the apples of your cheeks. You can apply just a little for a subtle effect or layer a bit more on if you want to look particularly rosy cheeked! I find that I do need to add a fairly decent amount as it isn't particularly highly pigmented. It does last reasonably well throughout the day, though I normally find I have to add a bit more mid afternoon (if I can be bothered!).
For the price you absolutely cannot go wrong, I couldn't expect anything else from it and I will certainly be trying a few of their other products!
Summary: The price alone will bring a glow to your cheeks!!!
