I have such pale skin and find it really difficult to find a foundation that matches my skin colour without spending an absolute fortune so when i seen this on the MUA website i thought i might aswel give it a try as its under £4.

I brought shade 1 in this matte foundation called soft sand and its not brilliant, it does match my skin colour which is great and it doesnt leave my skin oily like some foundations but it doesnt seem to glide on to the skin very well its like it dries straight out as soon as you put it on your face and start trying to rub it in. Its quite a heavy foundation meaning it comes out really thick and as the day goes on you can start seeing creases where you have applied the foundation even if you use a tiny bit. I found mixing this foundation with a moisturizer or a primer thinned it out which made it easier to apply, the smell isnt brilliant either so i can smell my face all day. The foundation comes in a good size bottle for the price but i wouldnt class it as a matte foundation.

I cant really say i would recommend it to anyone as it has more disadvantages than advantages but i would only buy again in the future if i was short on cash. so its a miss from me, maybe 3 out of 10.
