I have very dry skin on my hands and at their worst they look like I am 100 years old with rough flaky skin between my fingers. I have tried so many hand creams including this one from Neutrogena to try and get them back in shape. My experience of this particular cream was far less favourable than other reviewers on this site.
The instructions tell you to only put a small drop on your hands which I tried and saw no noticeable difference at all and it would not spread across my whole hand. I put a bit more on and my hands felt like I had dipped them in a slab of lard, very greasy, slimy and uncomfortable. I persevered for a few weeks with this cream, resisting the urge to wash my hands as soon as this muck was on them and there was no improvement.
I would not buy this product again or recommend it. There are cheaper and better hand creams out there that don't feel like thick petrolium jelly and actually work
