This Neutrogena hand cream is one of the best I have used. Recently due to an injury and the formation of scar tissue I have to regularly massage the scar with a moisturiser. I have tried various different brands and within these brands various creams. This cream has a label on the front saying "concentrated", I'm not sure if this means it is a concentrated formula in the sense of ingredients of if it just means it will last a while!

It only takes a small drop of cream to suitably moisturise your hands. It has a very thick consistency as it comes out of the tube and has a strange sort of transparent colour to it. The cream will then turn to white like standard creams as it is rubbed in. I have never come across a cream that is so well absorbed by the skin, it does not leave that horrendous oily residue on your skin! My hand is nice and soft now :) This cream does however have a rather strong smell, it is quite sharp. Not too unpleasant but if you use it near people, they'll smell it. Not too bad an issue!

The only real downside to this cream is the price, it comes in at 99p for what is really a tiny tube! I think the pots are pretty expensive too. In saying that, it does seem to last a fair while!

Summary: A great hand cream, well worth a trial at least!
