Advantages: coverage, the zing, good shades.
Disadvantages: don't lose the cap....
We wore orange pollyfilla masks in my youth. The tide mark of heavy panstick make-up ending at the neck. Nobody laughed as we all looked the same, complete with several pairs of false eyelashes on lower and upper lids, hair bleached white or dyed raven black or henna red! What planet were we from? I've been in denial ever since over foundation make-up sticks. Not any longer. I'm in love. Oil of Olaz, 'All Day Moisture Make-up Stick' has stolen my heart. Matt black swivel case. Smart. Inside a clear plastic cap prevents the creamy contents from smearing as the texture of the foundation is very creamy and vulnerable to damage. The impact on application is quite dramatic. A tired skin looks back at me in my make-up mirror. I begin to apply...........and Zing! A fresh, stimulating sensation, light and moist, wakening my skin, covering, blending, soothing and moisturising. Once blended, the foundation settles and the moisture evaporates, leaving a smooth, even finish, covering and evening the skin tones. I was initially concerned that the moisture factor would be greasy. I needn't have been. A fabulous base on the canvas that's my face. Perfect for day wear and right into the evening, with no touching up necessary. The colours range from shades through Ivory, Porcelain and Beige. My skin felt moist, light and unmade up, yet the coverage is excellent. A delight to use.
