“ Brand: Pop Beauty / Type: Concealers „
This is marketed as hardworking miracle stick and wand duo to fix all your facial flaws, so if it lives up to the claims then it is just what I need!
WHAT DOES IT DO?
No Show Concealer corrects imperfections and reduces the appearance of fine lines. It is apparently created with exclusive caviar extract, to strengthen, tighten, lift, and firm the skin. The illuminator reflects light away from fine lines for a more youthful radiant glow and is packed with vitamins and treatment minerals. As well as all of this it will apparently plum fine lines, so it seems to be a do it all product.
PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...
The concealer is packaged in a pinky colour box with the instructions on the sides and when I open up to reveal the concealer, which is a small cylindrical shaped plastic container with pull off lids at each end.
One end is the concealer which is much like most concealers - I always think of it as solid foundation. When I open the other end the highlighter is revealed, which is a liquid and applied using a small sponge brush. The concealer is quite hard when first pressed into the skin but the idea is that it is applied with warm fingertips and when this is done it does soften. The oil free concealer is buildable for extra coverage and contains sea salt to trap moisture and plump fine lines. The highlighter
is quite thick and loads easily onto the small sponge brush and when applied stays where it is applied so that it can be blended easily and offers good coverage. It should be used where you want extra moisture and reflects light away from fine lines.
To use it, the concealer should be pressed into the skin with warm fingertips to cover any imperfections. The liquid highlighter should then be applied to brighten under eyes and highlight cheekbones. I tend to find the comcealer the most useful and for anything really stubborn use the concealer with the liquid highlighter over the top so that it looks less matt.
PRICE AND AVAILABILITY...
I bought the concealer online and it cost me £7 although I believe the RRP is £12 which is quite steep for a concealer although it does last a long time
The concealer is expensive in comparison to a lot of concealers but it does work and lasts for ages. The concealer alone perfectly covers any imperfections with very little effort and if you have the correct shade then it needs very little blending. It doesn't dry out my skin as some of this type of concealers can do and foundation goes on easily over the top if needed.
