I won Pout Plump in a competition… I'm not in the habit of spending £16 on a lip gloss so this was a chance to indulge myself in the finer things in life without spending a penny (care of Cosmopolitan - cheers!). Arriving in a pink rectangle box, it has a very elegant look with a black lace effect at the corners. Pout Plump was a product I have never heard of until I stumbled across it one day in a glossy magazine in the hairdressers. I am normally not extravagent with make-up (with exception to the odd treat) but this product really caught my eye. The product is designed to plump up your lips to make them fuller and more lucious. I discovered this product about a year ago and I have to say it is fantastic. It does what it says it does and that is to plump up your lips. It also nourishes and conditions your lips. It feels as if it is doing good from the moment you put it on. It makes your lips tingle but this soon dies down. I put it on top of my lipstick to get a glossy finish. I use it instead of lip gloss. If I were you I would buy it while you can. I understand that the Pout company has ceased production and so it is going to become increasingly difficult to obtain this product. this particular lipgloss is the best I've ever tried! when I say tried and not buyed, it is because I won it in a competition. I would never pay £17 for lipgloss. It goes on shiny and lasts all day, feels pretty sticky though, but hey, what's beauty if we don't make sacrifices! it even stayed on when I'd eaten! my lips did look a lot "plumper" after use, and there is enough lipgloss to last a good month or two!
