Prescriptives Magic Invisible Line Smoother really is magic in a tube! It has been around for several years, and has been copied by other manufacturers, but this one is the best by far. I have been using this product since I read a review of it in a beauty column in the Times by Nigella Lawson, (long before she became the TV domestic goddess.) and when I read her comments, I was dying to try it out. It was her weapon against lines and she described it to readers as if she was letting us in on a big secret. How good could it possibly be?! This product was demonstrated on breakfast T.V. and I simply had to try it. The claim is that it smooths away lines. It doesn't claim to remove them permanently it is purely an 'illusion', which is just what it is, acting as a kind of 'filler'. However, whilst it does work, facial movement is not really accounted for, ie. smiling, frowning etc and eventually it will 'cake'. Not bad though, although quite expensive and I know that there is a cheaper version availabe from a high street chemist! Works better on horizontal lines than vertical. ... Read the complete review
