A good eyeliner - as a lid colour but I think I will stick to my rimmel liner :)

      Revlon Matte Kohl pencil

I use eyeliner almost everyday and I have used so many in the past, and you can tell as I have done lots of reviews on eyeliners before. I have tried the dior eyeliner, rimmel ones, barry m liners and now this one. I bought it a while ago as It was the only matte eyeliner I could find, And I really really like it. I have the eyeliner in the shade 03 midnight blue - which is a gorgeous inky navy blue colour.

Firstly I really like the packaging, it is simple and it is sleek. It is also light and compact so it is great to put in your bag if you need to do touch ups and it is also great for traveling. It has the eyeliner on one end which needs to be sharpened and it has a slanted foam thing on the other end to smudge the eyeliner.

One thing I like about this product is that it has really good colour pay off. The colour is really intense and strong and it really stands out. But I don't really like to use it on my waterline as it has wooden and it is a bit harsher on the waterline, so I use it as like a lid colour which is really good.

I just 'colour in' my entire lid or just the outer corner and then I use the foam thing on the end to blend it together which decreases the colour intensity but it still looks really nice. And it actually does go on matte and it stays matte though out the day.

And it lasts ages on my lids, but it does not say that it is waterproof. And it does not budge al day even when I wipe it with my hand, but this does mean that it is quite difficult to get off. I have tried my lush tea tree toner and it does not come off, water does not really get it off and the only thing that I have tried that gets it off well (and gently) is to get a cotton pad and then put a very small amount of bio oil on and it gets it off really well and it moisturises my skin too!

I bought it ages ago and it now costs £6.99 from boots which is a bit expensive but mine has lasted ages and it is really good. There are also other really nice shades including, brown, amber, gold, pewter, black and sapphire.

      Good points
*colours are really nice and they last all day
      *Really intense colour
      *Matte finish
*Easy to apply and easy to blend
*Foam thing on the opposite end is good for blending
      *Good quality
      *Available from boots
      *Great as a lid colour

      Bad points
      *Not great on my waterline
      *A little bit expensive
*Difficult to get off if you don't have an oil based make up remover (for example, baby face from lush or bio oil or lancome eye make up remover)
