I'm always on the look out for a beauty bargain. I'd never heard of the range 'Revlon Vital Radiance' before (only Revlon). So when I saw this eyeshadow brush in Ethel Austin for 99p, I was a little sceptical. Inspecting the packet, I decided that it looked decent enough quality to risk losing 99p on.

The shape of the brush is that of a normal eyeshadow brush, however it's slightly slanted making it perfect for applying eyeshadow to the crease and outer corner of your eye. The handle is metallic pink plastic and very sturdy. The metal part is also very secure, which is a relief as a lot of cheaper brushes tend to fall apart after washing.

It's very full and soft. Unlike most cheap brushes, it doesn't bend easily and shed everytime you use it. This brush can be used for putting colour over the entire lid, putting it in the crease or outer third of your eye or even for applying a highlight colour on your brow bone. In terms of the eye, it can be used for anything.

I'm really impressed with this brush and have since bought two more as backups. Don't let the brand and price put you off, it's really a good brush.
