Doesn't do what it says on the pot! (Rimmel 60 Seconds Nail Polish)

Advantages: Nice range of colours

Disadvantages: Does not dry in 60 seconds

Well I bought this a few days ago now and I was very excited about getting it home and trying it out that night. I thought that it was virtually impossible that nail varnish could actually dry in sixty seconds, but was so happy someone had finally invented it!

However when I did get round to using it (I had the hot pink one) I found that it just didn't dry in 60 seconds, even after about two minutes I found that it was still tacky and even smudging when I was trying to do the simplest of things like trying to write a card.

After 60 seconds it was still easily smudgable and if you just dabbed it slightly with your finger to see whether it was dry your finger print would immediatly be etched into the paint. If you tried to open something whether it be a packet of crisps or a cellophane card wrapper the end of the nail varnish would all crease up and if you tried to scratch your face you would end up with tiny speckles of the nail varnish on your face.

The selection of colours is great, but its sad to see that they don't work, if you don't mind waiting then these are great nail polishes, but not ideal for if your in a hurry.

This is just my personal experience and others may find it works fine,its fine as your average nail polish,but if you want something to be quick and smudge free then I'd stay clear.

Just doesn't do what it says on the tin!

Summary: Not as described, don't waste your money on it if you want nice neat nails in 60 seconds!
