Advantages: Really does set in 60 secs

Disadvantages: Chips just as fast as you applied it

The nail varnish is reasonably priced - £3.49 a bottle at boots and has a great selection of colours. I bought the Rapid Ruby shade, a dark pinkish red.

The finish is very glossy, easy to wipe off mistakes - and the bottle doesn't lie- it really does take 60 secs, if that to dry! The colour was strong and it didn't smell too bad.

Unfortunately the product started to chip pretty much straight away, by the following day it was hardly on my nails and looked a right mess!

The bottle is a simple straight up and down cylinder glass bottle with thicker glass at the bottom. The lid is plastic black with a sticker round it. The text is white and on the bottle itself on the outside. It is easy to unscrew and screw the top and the brush to apply the product was standard plasticy bristles. I had no problem with the packaging.

Perhaps I might suggest it could work better if you manicure your nails perfectly and apply a top coat to seal the colour afterwards, but after that effort it eliminates the 60 second process, which is the reason I chose the product in the first place - I hate waiting and usually mess up the wet paint before it dries. This wasnt a problem and was pretty set after a minute easily. Shame about the chipping.

Maybe waiting for it to dry properly and investing in a better nail varnish would do the trick.

You can also buy the product in 26 shades, www.rimmellondon.com for more info. The marketing line reads : "Rimmel's 60 Seconds nail polish. 1 stroke, 1 coat, 1 minute drying time. Get fantastic colour & shine in just 60 Seconds!"

Summary: Might be worth waiting for a better nailvarnish to dry...

Good start but it's need some more info. How many coasts did you put on and was it easy to apply. Also two good things to always include in reviews are cost and where to purchase.
Sorry!
