As the single mother of a young boy I have found that since my son was born the attention that he has needed has meant that I have neglected my appearance somewhat.

Now my son is two and a half I am able to do a little more with him around and have started taking more effort in my appearance so have purchased a sixty second dry nail polish from Rimmel. I figured I may be able to sit down and let my nails dry for sixty seconds.

The colour I chose was called euphoria which is a metallic looking lilac

I shook the bottle before opening and then slowly applied it. I stopped applying nail varnish when I was pregnant as I could not stand the smell and although it does have the distinctive smell it wasn't overpowering.

I found that it was easy to apply and found it much harder to sit down for sixty seconds. It does describe the brush as precision and wasn't amazed the brush but it do the job doing nothing .Although I didn't time it to the second it certainly did seem to dry roughly within sixty seconds.

The result for me was that it did have a smooth finish but the colour was patchy so did require a second coat. After two coats I was very pleased with the results.

I found that it looked effective for a couple of days then required removing. As it was wearing away at the top but still did not appear chipped. It did stay on for a couple of days longer as despite deciding to purchase new nail varnish did not have the forethought to buy nail varnish remover.

I do certainly plan to use this again and would recommend it as a quick pamper treat for busy women.
