Advantages: Even line, long lasting, easily removed
Disadvantages: None
I bought this product as I had recently purchased a bright red lipstick and wanted a lip liner to define my lips and prevent the lip colour from bleeding. I was initially attracted to this lip liner due to the bright colour of the packaging, which made it stand out above its competitors.
Each of the different shades of this product (I believe there are between 6 and 9 different ones out there, depending on where you choose to purchase it) are represented in the colour of the packaging, making it easy to see which one is the perfect shade for your needs. As I had opted for "024 Red Diva", I was now the proud owner of a bright red packaged lip liner. This product comes with a plastic lid in matching colour, which you can hear 'click' into place when replaced onto the lip liner - making it very hard to fall off in your make-up bag.
Upon pulling the lid off, you are greeted by a long thin plastic tube, which protects the stick of lip liner from snapping. Holding this tube, you can rotate the bottom of the product to make the lip liner visible - however, be sure only to expose a small amount of the product as it may snap off whilst applying if you extend it outwards too much. This handy feature also means that no sharpening is needed, you can simply extend more the product outwards if desired.
The liner itself is very soft, gliding on smoothly without the need to press down hard. It is easy to achieve a precise line with even product distribution - so there are no frustrating lumps of the product to smooth out. This lip liner is a great combination of being both long lasting and yet also easily removed at the end of the day.
At around £4, if you're looking for something new then I believe that this product is a worthwhile option to consider.
Summary: A great product
