No exaggeration....black eyelids! (Rimmel Exaggerate Liquid Eye Liner)

I just love the cat eyeliner thing going on at the moment. Im a pale faced, blonde girly and though that a dramatic eye look would be good. I was told this product was one of the best, in fact a must buy.

What Rimmel say?
They say it creates a bold, precision contour around the lash line. They say it is long lasting and easy to use.

How much/Where to buy?
I bought mine from Superdrug for £4.88. However, they were having a 3 for 2 offer on so, in the end it worked out a little cheaper. The colour i bought was imaginatively described as 'black'.

What did i think?
Ok, i am new to liquid liner. I have only tried out 3 in my life. This has a fine point that is rigid, so it's not a brush on the end. Instead it is like a piece of plastic that is coated in the product. The product goes on VERY vibrantly. If i was any good at eyeliner i may have ended up with a lovely line. However, i managed to get it all over my eyelid, in my eye and was left as a red and watery eyed looking freak! I admit this is probably due to my inadequacy at using this type of eyeliner, but the other liners i have go on easier. I think i get on better with the fine felt tip pen type or even the flexible brush type. Anyway, if you are steadier of hand than me the product would probably suit you well. It stays on well, in fact it was a pain to get off after it was all over my lid! It's not waterproof so does come off with a good eye make up remover.

Conclusion:
I am perhaps the clumsiest person i know so did not get on well with this. If you are used to liquid liner you may have better luck.
