About the product

I bought this mascara because it was on offer at my local chemist at £4.99 it usually sells at £6.99. I usually use rimmel volume lash mascara and I regret changing I bought the black waterproof one but you can also get black/brown. I found that unlike the flash mascara this one doesn't do what it says it says that it is ultra volume, high definition mascara when I first tried it on, the brush was hard to use its plastic with flexible brushes and this is really hard to use which makes it hard to grab the lashes. It doesn't seem that you get that much liquid in the bottle and its really thick although it didn't clump but it didn't look like there was much going onto my eyelashes and it definitely didn't give much or any volume. When applying it takes ages to dry and I know that all mascaras take time to dry but this one takes longer I'm always having to wipe the top of my eyelids and below my eyes after and because its so thick its quite hard to get of. It also has gotten into my eye a few times because its takes so long to dry its easier to get into your eye and it stings like mad.

Packaging

It comes in a black tube with blue writing and the line which says Rimmel London and on the lid theres a blue oval with the rimmel London crown. Its quite attractive.

Overall

I was disappointed in this product it didn't work as well as other mascaras I've used by rimmel it was too hard to use the brush and it didn't add the volume I like although I still love rimmel products I won't be using this one again.

Summary: ill never use this mascara again
