I love long lasting foundations and although I'd never actually plan to wear a foundation for as long as 25 hours, this Rimmel Lasting Finish foundation certainly seemed like a possible contender. I've tried a couple of Rimmel foundations before and although good, were nothing special for me to repurchase that often. WHAT IS IT? A liquid foundation from Rimmel that promises coverage for up to 25 hours. HOW IT LOOKS A tall 30ml bottle printed with brief details about the foundation properties, the bottle has a red lid and is the colour of the foundation inside.  I use the Ivory shade and it's slightly darker than other Ivory foundations but suits my skin tone. I wasn't a big fan of Rimmel foundations but this one has changed my mind. I brought this foundation in Boots for £6.99. The foundation comes packaged in a typical sized pump bottle with clear plastic sides that allow you to easily see how much is left with an attractive red top which has a crown imprinted on the top. The red lid matches the logo on the front and lifts off easily to reveal the pump underneath. The pump makes it easy to get just the right amount with minimal mess. I am a self confessed "bargain whore", with me having very little loyalty to any brand, unless on offer, so due to this fact i very rarely stick to a particular brand of make up, though after trying this foundation i may well be changing my mantra!
