I often have nails that look aweful because i stick on false ones!when they ping off or i have to pull them off because they are starting to looking messy, my nails are all cracked and break very easily. Even cutting them down does not get rid of the cracks which run all the way across the nail. I use this as a treatment (following the instructions given on the bottle) to help sort my horrid nails out. I find that it works rather well, but the results do not show as quik as i would like them to. It definately helps to strengthen my nails, but i find that some times the nail varnish just peels straight off if they have been in water for long periods of time (like when in the bath or doing the dishes). I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to make their nails look better! Remember, people always see your hands so dont let them put you to shame!
