Advantages: great value for money

Disadvantages: doesn't last fantastically well

I have fairly irritable eyes, you know, the sort that always think there is a bit of grit or an eyelash in when actually there is nothing at all there. I am also not the richest student in the world and I have found that Rimmel's special eyes pencil eyeliner is really good, non-irritating and fantastic value for money. It is easy to apply, lasts fairly well and comes off easily with waterproof eye make-up remover. I have recently tried other more expensive eyeliners (of the boots No7 range and Maybelline) but this is still my favorite.
