Rimmel Volume Booster Lip Plump Gloss

I bought this product as a mistake, in my hungover daze I just chucked it in my superdrug basket thinking it was my rimmel stars one i normally buy. I got home and thought ah well might aswell give it a go and im glad I did! This is a very good lipgloss which is very long lasting. I find that it tingles my lips slightly which is fine, i guess its just the plumping working. The only reason i think my lips look more plump is because its quite a thick lipgloss and that will naturally make your lips look more plump and fuller right? Well thats my opinion. I am always one for liking a little bit of colour on my lips, but because I suffer from dry chapped lips, it can be quite hard to find something that will look and feel good. When I was young full lips were not in fashion. In fact the only full celebrity with big full lips seemed to be Mick Jagger, and his were often a figure of fun. These days female role models tend to have full luscious lips. I was very disappointed in this product. I bought it in bright red a few weeks ago, and although I was very happy with the colour as I had been searching for a new bright red gloss for a while I feel it does not live up to it's claims. The product is very very sticky, something which I hate, when you open your mouth you dont want your lips to stick together!! It also feels likely to smudge across your face because of it's consistency, something I have never felt with a lip gloss before.
