Advantages: Cheap, Does what it says! Easy to use

Although Rimmel is a fairly cheap high street brand this is the best mascara I have ever used! Time and time again and go back to buy this product despite trying other mascaras from more expensive brands. The mascara does exactly what it says, gives you volume! And I am often given compliments on my eyelashes because of it; many people even ask if they are fake eyelashes or my own.

I have thin eyelashes but the product gives me thick and full lashes in just 2 or 3 layers which I have found is more intense than other volumizing mascaras.

The product comes in a variety of colors: brown, black and intense black as well as water proof so there is one out there for everyone.

The product does curl your lashes but not drastically. To improve this you could use eye lash curlers before applying the mascara, but I do not feel this is needed due to the volume that the product gives.

Although in my opinion the waterproof version is hard to take off even with the aid of makeup remover, the normal version stays put even of you cry or are caught in the rain. But is easy to remove with makeup remover.

The product does get thicker the more you use it, but I find this isn't till about 2 1/2 months after buying and using daily! However due to it retailing at £5.19 it is cheap to replace.

I have not found the product to flake or crumble from my lashes.

Summary: Definitely recommend it!
