... m quite dedicated to my eyeliner - I have to wear the pencil every single day so I was interested in buying a good quality but also cost-effective eyeliner. Sometimes when you buy a dark eyeliner you have to press continuously to get it that dark, but this certainly wasn t the case with this eyeliner! Unlike Rimmel s similar "soft kohl" eyeliner, this pencil glides on perfectly whether you like your eyeliner thick or thin. The pencil also isn t too hard or too soft, so you even do the "flicks" with this eyeliner that usually only liquid eyeliner can do. One product i bought recently was Rimmels 1000 Kisses Stay On Lip Liner from my local chemist. It cost me £2.99 which i thought was a sort of average price for a lip liner.
