I love using tinted lip balms in the summer months, they feel so much lighter than the usual gunk disguised as lipsticks :o) Now firstly - I admit that it was the oh so cute packaging that attracted me to this product. The lip balm comes in a really sweet vintage inspired blue round tin that you don't mind leaving out on your dresser or bedside table (is that just a girl thing?) Full credit to Katy Perry - annoying she may be, but since the release of her irritating "I kissed a girl" song there's been a noticeable rise in the number of cherry flavoured lip balms on the shelves, something I'm very grateful for as I love cherry scents! Now that summer is finally upon us, I tend to prefer a lighter colour on the lips, going for a sheer wash of gloss or balm rather than the full on colour of lipstick. It can be a difficult task finding the perfect lip balm-too sticky,unpleasant tasting,too drying but when you find one that suits you-Bliss! Cherry Kiss lip balm comes in a convenient sized tin. It's small enough to fit in my uniform pocket but big enough not to dissapear into obscurity at the bottom of my handbag. I'm just getting to the end of my current and tin and with every day use it has lasted me at least 5 months. The balm itself glides on without a sticky or greasy texture.It has a pleasant cherry fragrance but a neutral flavour so no danger of you licking it off.
