Well, I saved up my ipoints (aren't they wonderful things!) and off I trotted to Boots to purchase a Ruby and Millie Lip Gloss. I'd been wanting some for ages, and I admit, the packaging is what really drew me in.
The entire range is gorgeously designed, in clear plastic or glass with silver trim, and looks great sat in your make up bag! The lip gloss has possibly the most ingenious packaging I've ever seen as you twist the bottom of the tube and the correct amount of gloss is dispensed onto the the brush at the other end. Never mind the packaging - what's the product like, I hear you ask..
It's a high gloss finish and comes in a number of different colours. The shade I have is called “Noon” and is pink and quite shimmery but is fairly see-through when you apply it.
My advice would be to try out the testers in the shop, as some of the colours are pretty scarey. I tried out one colour on the back of my hand in the shop and couldn't get it off all day! It was a particularly scary shade of purple called "midnight"!
The only real downside is the price - It's £10 a tube and you only get about an inch of gloss! But for an expensive treat it's great as it does make you feel a million dollars!
I've only ever seen the R&M range available in Boots, and even then it's only in the big store, but you should search it out because the range is excellent! After all, what else can you spend your Advantage points on!
