... decent. I prefer to have all of my brushes together in a special make-up bag. Inside you will also find a little leaflet telling you how you can use this brush. The brush itself is an around 15-cm ling, shiny silver stick with a flat hairy bit at the end that is of brown colour. It is cut unevenly which I believe makes applying eye liner much easier (our eyes are not in straight lines either!). To me, it looks very classy and professional - I hate it when things simply 'look' cheap. I wasn't sure how to use esp...more

The one thing I really do struggle to get looking right make up wise is eyeliner. I tend to get panda eyes more often than not! So when I spotted this eye liner brush I just had to have it! Already knowing I was spending a lot of money on other tools from this range at £5.50 for this I thought oh well! What's it matter now! lol. The Packaging: The brush comes in a clear plastic, long pouch with a zip on it. I'm told what it is and who it's by and the on the back of it I'm told a bit about it's uses and stuff like that. I do like the zip up wallets because after spending alot on the brushes you do want to keep them nice eh ladies?! ...  Read the complete review

I really like wearing some eyeliner - I even prefer it to mascara (I am lucky enough to have naturally quite long eyelashes) so when I was collecting a set of brushes, I could not stop myself from buying Ruby & Millie Eye Liner Brush. To be perfectly honest with you, I normally use a pencil eye liner so I do not need a brush but I just decided to buy this one anyway (yes, woman can be irrational at times!). It came in a transparent pouch with zip at the top so if you want to keep there, you can re-use it and the pouch looks quite decent. I have tried many eye liner brushes and have to say that i really rate the ruby & millie brush. The handle is long and easy to hold making it easy to control when using it. The brush is flat and is soft to touch, yet strong and flexible. World famous make up artist Ruby Hammer and Beauty PR expert Millie Kendall are behind this specially created range for Boots. The range is aimed at both make up professionals and joe public and provides a wide range of make up tools as well as an extensive make up range, all at very reasonable prices. The eye liner brush is easy to use and provides a good strong, definite line, as I said the brush is strong ...  Read the complete review

I've never really used Rubie and Millie products before, but Boots gave me a 5 pound Rubie and Millie voucher, so I felt that I'd have a browse and see what I could get with this discount voucher. I saw that they had a few make up brushes available that ranged from 5 to 12 pounds and I was actually in need of some good brushes. The only brushes I owned were quite cheapy and felt quite hard and synthetic, but being on a budget at the time, I had no choice really. I saw the 5 pound eye liner brush and seemed quite impressed that I'd be able to use my voucher for this. So I actually got my first ever Rubie and Millie brush absolutely free! When I ...  Read the complete review

****Ruby & Millie Eye Liner Brush**** Due to an offer that boots has on frequently where you can get £5 off ruby and millie i have acquired most of the brushes in the line. With my voucher i paid a very expensive 50p for this one!!! **About the brand** Ruby and Millie offer make up brushes for both the average person and make up artists. I cant speak for professionals but they quality of the brushes in general are quite good and i think of them as great for the price. This can be bought either in a big size (longer than a pencil/pen) or a shorter version to put in a holiday kit. **Using it** "You can use this Ruby ...  Read the complete review
