****Ruby & Millie Eye Liner Brush****
Due to an offer that boots has on frequently where you can get £5 off ruby and millie i have acquired most of the brushes in the line. With my voucher i paid a very expensive 50p for this one!!!

**About the brand**
Ruby and Millie offer make up brushes for both the average person and make up artists. I cant speak for professionals but they quality of the brushes in general are quite good and i think of them as great for the price.

This can be bought either in a big size (longer than a pencil/pen) or a shorter version to put in a holiday kit.

**Using it**
"You can use this Ruby & Millie thin fine-tipped eye liner brush to turn your eye shadow into an eyeliner or smudge an eye liner to add emphasis to your eyes.
The line on this brush is great. Its not to thin that it is barely noticeable but not too thick either so that it looks like you have panda eyes. I use this when i want to use my eye shadow as a liner and i think that it works great!!

This is another great brush and i think this is the best value make up brushes i have ever tried.
