Ruby & Millie Eye Liner £9.50 at Boots but I used my No7/Ruby & Millie £5 off voucher so only cost me £4.50 which is pretty good for an eyeliner The pencil is very plain and stylish looking and its a very long cream pencil with Ruby & Millie written in black down the side. The pencil comes in the following colours: Black, Grey, Brown, Green, Blue and white I purchased the black as I really like dark eye make-up. Sorry i completly disagree with you but i put my eyeliner above my lower lashes and find this the best i've ever used. The pencil's very soft which makes its stay on. It beats any one i've tried and i've tried some of the well known expensive brands thinking they'd be better. The colours very rich and being so soft it just glides on without draging your eyes.
Just thought i would let you know my opinion on this eyeliner as i think it's the best by far and well worth trying.

It's a long white pencil with silver push on/pull off silver lid at one end then at the other a cap lid which if you pull off you can see the 'raw' pencil. I'm sure this is just in case for any reason you ... Read the complete review
