For some reason, since I became pregnant in 2006, my nails have rapidly decreased in strength. Prior to becoming pregnant I had lovely strong healthy looking nails and did think that they would return to this state once I had given birth to my daughter. However 2 years on, they are in fact worse than ever. A few months ago I resorted to buying Sally Hansen Hard as Nails in the hope that my nails would be protected and therefore grow longer and stronger. OK, lets start off with a description of what this product does. Its a nail coat or varnish which is called "Miracle Cure" and is for "severe problem nails". The main problem and reason I picked out this particular treatment from Superdrug (costing nearly £8) was because I have nails which split and peel. Its annoying, can be painful as they can then split ans I can scratch my skin accidentally and it also means that nail varnish is a no go area (nail varnish makes the whole thing worse).
