I used to bite my nails quite a lot, and still sometimes do when I'm very stressed, so they can be quite weak and break easily. I was looking for something to strengthen them and had heard good things about the Sally Hansen range of products so decided to give some a try.

I headed into Superdrug and after checking out the range decided on the No More Breaks Natural Nail Strengthener. It was around the £7 mark, £6.99 I think. So more expensive than I would usually pay for nail polish and the like, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for!

The instructions on the box and leaflet were clear and precise, telling you when to put on the strengthener, how often, could it be worn over or under nail polish etc, which I found perfect as it left no room for error. You could ignore the advice obviously but it did say follow for optimum results so ignoer at your peril!!

I used the strengthener exactly as stated on the box at first, although as time wore on I used it less. At first I put it on my nails under nail polish, but I've also used it over nail polish as well. The under polish is recommended to start with, then as your nails strengthen you can apply it less frequently and over nail polish

I have to say that it has strengthened my nails so much, they don't break anywhere near as easily. I wouldn't say it has made them grow faster or anything like that, but my nails tend to grow pretty quickly anyway so I was happy with the strengthening. I was so impressed in fact that I've also bought it for friends as gifts and they love it also.

I thought that this product was excellent value for money as it did actually did what it said on the bottle, and a little goes a long way in my opinion
