It is jam packed full of some of the most fortifying, nourishing and strengthening ingredients known to man including vitamins C, A and E. 	Sally Hansen Hard as Nails ... is very good for people who have very weak or brittle nails or who have had fake nails put on and have now found that their nails are ruined. This is a clear viscous solution which you coat on each nail every day for 5 days in order to build up a nice resistant top coat. After 5 days you are to take of the solutin using a nail polish remover. However, this product is VERY difficult to take off and it can be quite annoying to have to make sure that all of the bits are off. Especially in the corners.
