Advantages: Long lasting, good colour choice, highly pigmented and really cheap.

Disadvantages: Not as widely available as I would like!

I first saw this product in the Daily Express weekend magazine, recommended in the makeup column, alongside MAC gel liners. When I saw the price (only £3.99), I was reluctant to believe that it could compete alongside makeup heavyweights such as MAC. I tried to track it down but had no luck, it wasn't even on the Superdrug website at the time.

However, I managed to find it in the Superdrug in Birmingham Bullring and thought it was worth a try as it was so cheap.

The pot is roughly the same size as a Barry M dazzle dust and is slightly frosted in appearance. The eyeliner is a solid gel, and comes with a small, thin brush- though I have replaced this with a brush with a larger handle and sometimes a flat angled brush.

All you need to do is pick up a little of the product on your brush and apply it as you would a normal liquid liner. The result is smooth and is much easier to get a straight line than with liquid liner. If you want an even smoother result you can always dampen the brush slightly. The colour wears well and there are a wide variety of colours available. They are highly pigmented and once you begin to use them you realise that there is actually a huge amount of product in the pot. I have had mine almost a year and I've only just scraped the surface.

This is probably the best value product that I have ever purchased.
