Sleek Pout Polish
Advantages: Has spf
Disadvantages: Isn't really that moisturising.
I have to admit this was a bit of an impulse purchase for me. I bought it in the summer and the shade I chose (lemon meringue) was limited edition at the time. I believe it was around £3-£4 pounds, however this may have changed. Generally, Sleek seem to imitate Mac products in their range and this product is similar to the Mac tinted lip conditioners. The colour pigmentation is very sheer, hence the reason I bought a yellow one, it gives a slight gloss to the lips but not a full colour. They do a range of about five or six different colours I believe, including some pink and coral toned ones which might be more appealing to you then yellow! The one I purchased also has an SPF of 15 which is great for the summer, as many lip glosses actually enhance the sun's rays on your lips rather then protecting you from them. Despite the colour this is a great wearable product which is good to apply over lipsticks to give a slight gloss as well as the added sun protection. Once applied the product will last around an hour or so, but if you drink or eat it will come off very easily.
The one drawback to this product is that it isn't very moisturising or conditioning, so if you have dry lips this really isn't the product to solve that. I wouldn't rule this out completely as a useful product to own, it does give affordable sun protection which is important, but it won't keep the condition of lips in check. I am therefore giving this a 3/5 rating.
Summary: Not the best sleek product ever but probably not the worst.
