Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker Gift Set

I am very disappointed in the Sexy Lip Plumper. Although it smells very nice,it does not plump and is very sticky. No one in my family noticed any different, either. If it didn't cost $11 for one tube, I wouldn't care, but where can I get a refund? I emailed the company over a week ago and no response from them. Bad business. Any suggestions?

I am, quite simply, an absolutely hoarder when it comes to make up and find it hard to throw away any product even if I haven’t worn it for about five years! This fact didn’t seem to stop me buying yet more lip gloss a couple of months ago, even though on the bus home from town I discovered I actually had four lip glosses in the bottom of my bag! As my collection of Lip glosses grows by the day I stumbled upon the Soap and Glory section in Boots which hosts a wonderful array of products in brightly coloured pink boxes, so I thought I would treat myself to another new lip gloss, well actually a set of three from the Soap and Glory selection. Lips are one of the most important features on a person face for me because of the role they play with communication, dealing with members of the public on a daily basis, the last thing I would want to do is greet someone with dry, chapped lips with various bits of skin hanging off my lips.
