I just got my Stila Sheer Color Tinted Moisturiser after ordering it in a sale from Brand Alley. The regular price for this moisturiser is about £20 and I got mine for only £4.95. I love a bargain, particularly on Stila products because the quality is always so good. This product was no exception.

The moisturiser comes in a very attractive gray tube that says Stila Sheer Colour on it. The tube is well designed and sits up nicely on the bathroom shelf. You squeeze a little bit of this tinted moisturiser out and it's easy to get the right amount out. I prefer this to a pump because there is never any left at the bottom that you can't get to.

This tinted moisturiser is much thicker than most and I would say feels more like a foundation that also moisturises, if that makes sense. It is easy to spread on your face and feels light and weightless when it's on, like you're not wearing any foundation. The moisturiser is thick enough to cover minor imperfections, just like a foundation, but it imparts a nice glow and keeps my skin moisturised, like a moisturiser. I would say it is somewhere between the two.

This product contains spf 15 which is great as it protects your skin from the sun. I don't like wearing a separate sunscreen as they always feel too thick on my face, so I like to make sure that either my daily face cream or my foundation contains spf.

It's very unfortunate, but I believe the reason for Brand Alley's Stila sale is that Stila is going to stop selling their products in the UK. Therefore if you do find this available, stock up fast as it won't last long. After that you're stuck ordering from the States, or getting a kind friend to bring you some back from a trip to avoid paying postage. But however you get your hands on Stila, do so, and this product is a good one to try.
