Supercover Cake Eyeliner Sealer

I have tons of eyeshadows but sometimes I don't want to wear full on eyeshadow but I want a wash of colour on my eyes instead of black eyeliner all the time.
I know with some eyeshadows they say you can use them wet? Well sometimes that also means if you do that it ruins the eyeshadow at that part thus you can use that part anymore. This product doesn't ruin your eyeshadow; in fact you will never know you did it as it doesn't dry hard like water does.
