All of Supercovers makeup has staying power, where you up it, it is going to stay on. ~About the product~ Supercover Face Primer is one simple all over base for face, eyes and lips. It has age defying Collagen based formula which fills fine lines and wrinkles. You apply as a base coat before foundation or colour products for a flawless smooth finish. Primer ensures your face products last all day. The product itself is a white light cream texture. ~Packaging~ This product comes in a 50ml silver tin bottle, in the 100ml tin bottle it has a spray top. It also comes in sample sizes to try before you buy. ~Personal Review~ I first bought Supercover's Face Primer in the 1.5ml sample size as I thought £14.65 was a lot if my skin didn't like it or I didn't like it. Thankfully I did like it, I have tried primers in the past from Smashbox, which I didn't like as I felt it was more for dry skin and my skin felt slippery and oilier throughout the day. I have also tried Laura Geller's Spackle Face Primer and I found it to be like Smashbox where it is for the more dry skin. After that I gave up on face primers as I thought they we're all the same. I went onto Supercover's site looking for their Gel Eyeliner (I have a review on Dooyoo for it). I came across their face primer and for a £1.00 I thought why not? I did my order and within a few days it arrived so I was impressed with how fast their delivery was. The next day I thought I would use it and see how I got on with it. Thankfully I wasn't going out anywhere so if I didn't like it I could just take it off. I opened the sample at the top and applied some product to my fingers, it looks like a white cream but it feels so light even when applied to the face. You don't need a lot as I find it goes a long way. I found it sank in quickly, I then applied my mineral foundation and the rest of my makeup. Unlike the others I have tried I didn't actually look oily/shiny at all. I noticed my open pours didn't like too obvious and my makeup looked flawless. Throughout the day my makeup stayed in place but I did notice I had some shiny on my face. I used a blotting paper and I looked great again. Makeup still looked like I just applied it, with no obvious pours. Until I can find a primer that stays matte all day then I will be sticking with this one. Even though the 50ml bottle is nearly £15 you only need a little amount so it will last a very long time. I don't think it is the primers fault that my skin was shiny through the day; personally that is just me :-) Still a good primer to use. ~Where to buy and Price of Product~ You can purchase this primer from Supercover's website, http://www.supercovermakeup.co.uk You can buy the sample size in 1.5ml for £1.00 or their 50ml tin bottle for £14.65 ~Would I buy again?~ Even though it didn't provide a matte appearance to my skin all day I would re-purchase this product.
